Jenifer LEVINE
JENIFER LEVINE
Jenifer Levine, a native of Saint John, is a teacher and practicing ceramic artist currently based in Toronto. Educated primarily in production pottery at the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design, she gained a strong technical foundation, mastering materials, processes, and traditional craft practices.
Seeking to expand her artistic voice, Jenifer later shifted toward fine art ceramic sculpture, studying under prominent Canadian ceramicists at the University of Waterloo. This transition allowed her to push clay beyond functional form and into expressive, sculptural territory.
Committed equally to education, Jenifer strengthened her pedagogical skills through the Professional Studies program at Niagara University and is an Ontario Certified Teacher in good standing. Her teaching style—recognized for its clarity, encouragement, and depth of knowledge—has earned her a respected place within the ceramics community. Balancing her studio practice with her commitment to instruction, Jenifer fosters learning environments where students feel supported, curious, and confident in their exploration of clay.
