Ghost of Overthinking

I find myself captivated by small, overlooked moments: a pile of discarded objects glowing with melancholy, or wet kale leaves glittering with diamond-like droplets. In a world of endless trend cycles, we’re all conditioned into loving and hating. These encounters remind me that beauty also lives in ambiguity, in that charged space where I wonder: is this beautiful, or is it ugly? There is incredible vitality in the not knowing. 

Through my work, I want to awaken that same moment of questioning in others. I want them to feel the joy that comes from thinking freely about beauty. I believe the more we practice defining our own sense of what is beautiful, the closer we get to our truest selves.
